Visionary Edupreneur, Education Evangelist & Changemaker

About Me

I am an educator by profession and a changemaker by passion. With over a decade of experience in teaching, academic mentorship, and curriculum design, I have dedicated my life to nurturing young minds and transforming traditional education into a more holistic, inclusive, and value-driven process.

I completed my schooling from Konnagar High School. I pursued Botany Honours at Raja Peary Mohan College, graduating with a state rank. I then completed my Master's in Botany from the University of Calcutta, with a specialisation in Microbiology and Virology.

I currently serve as a school teacher at Pearls Of God School, and I am actively involved in the ICSE and ISC examination processes, including paper setting, evaluation, and academic supervision. As the founder of EugenicsErudite, I have mentored countless students across grades 8 to 12 in Biology and interdisciplinary studies.

Professional Philosophy

I view education as a transformative journey that empowers individuals to live ethically, think critically, and contribute meaningfully to society. I advocate for inquiry-based learning, competency-based curriculum, and holistic development that transcends textbook knowledge.

My teaching practice is grounded in Bloom's Taxonomy, assessment design, interdisciplinary integration, and meaningful feedback. I also help fellow educators in designing balanced question papers and training modules.

Personal Interests

Beyond the classroom, I have a deep interest in philosophy, literature, contemplative practices, and humanistic psychology. I am developing a belief system called Neo-Lucentism, which blends humanism, secularism, modern Buddhism (excluding karma and rebirth), and optimistic nihilism.

I also enjoy reflective writing, educational content creation, and exploring landscapes rich in nature and heritage. I advocate for mindful living, ethics in technology, and cultural literacy.

Family & Values

I come from a progressive and grounded family that values education, integrity, and emotional intelligence. We maintain a forward-thinking outlook while cherishing our cultural and ethical roots.

For me, marriage is a lifelong companionship based on intellectual resonance, shared goals, open communication, and mutual respect. I envision a partnership where growth is mutual and values align.

What I'm Looking For

I seek a life partner who is thoughtful, emotionally mature, curious, and rooted in values. Someone who is passionate about self-growth, equality, and empathy. I hope to share a life of purpose, discovery, and mutual encouragement—with space for both individual pursuits and togetherness.
